Table Filtering

• Tables now have a 'Filter...' link to the left of the item details which allows you to dynamically filter the table based on any field.
  • 'Selection:Add' and 'Selection:Remove' will add or remove the filtered orders to/from the existing selection. This allows you to easily make complex selections based on different filter criteria.
  • Select All/Select None will work regardless of filtered orders.
  • 'Close' will clear the filter, but will not affect your selected items.
  • Click on the icon within the filter box to filter only orders with Special Instructions present.

New Edit Field

• The 'Special Instructions' field can now be edited in the details of an orde.

Pick List Printing

• Number of pick lists printed per page can now be modified in the Account Settings section of the Administration menu.

Template Items

• The template for line items on an invoice can now be customised.

Performance increases

• Tables are now paginated to 15 records per page. This has considerably improved the responsiveness of long lists of orders.
•  Moving rows from one table to another has been reworked for performance.

New Search Features

•  Quick Search is now available directly from the main menu.
• You can now search on SKU, Customer User name, Tracking Number

General Enhancements

• Redesigned views of tables to show item details within each row.
• The number of labels generated for an order is now configurable.
• You can now the change weight of an item in an order.
• "What You See Is What You Get"  Editor for Templates and Reminders.

Additional Functionality for Carrier Accounts

eParcel

• You can now set a "Require Signature" flag on a Carrier Account so that eParcel labels will be printed to require a signature on delivery. This is set in the Administration / Carrier Accounts area for eParcel accounts.

Printed Labels

• If you are printing to plain labels you can now have text prepended to each label. This can be used, for example, to print "Postage Paid Australia" at the top of each label. This is a new field in Administration / Carrier Accounts for "Printed Label" runs.

Shipping Runs

• Orders now manifest automatically if the Consignment Number is set manually.
• An icon now appears in order lists when orders have shipping instructions from the customer. Just mouse over the icon to see the customer's message.
• The customer's phone number is now displayed in the order details.

Order Details

• Country Code is now a drop down list in the Address Edit dialog.

Reminder System

• You can now add add reminders to ReadyToShip using the Add Reminder menu option. Set a date in the future and you will be prompted on that date.

Billing Report

• Now shows account balance.

Templates

• Added a "Logo URL" field for invoices. You can use this to specify the location of an image to go at the the top of each invoice by placing a {{CAAccountLogo}} tag in the invoice template.
• Added the ability to preview templates.
• Added a button to show all possible template variables.
