The countdown to the busiest time of year is on, and we’ve been hard at work rolling out new features to help you ship smarter, faster, and with less fuss.
From refreshed order imports and automatic rate updates for merged orders to new Temu integration and carrier improvements, these updates are designed to make your label creation smoother than ever.
Plus, we’re shining a light on a ReadyToShip merchant who’s proving that sustainability and style can go hand in hand.
Discard and Refetch option
A new Discard and Refetch option is now available for individual orders. If you’ve recently updated details in your store, you can use this feature to reimport the order with the latest information. This is especially helpful when customer addresses or order items have been updated.
To Discard and Refetch, expand the order and click the button as shown:
Automatic rate refresh for merged orders
We’ve improved our merge features so that rates will now automatically refresh when a new order is added to a shipping run and merged with an existing order. This means you’ll see the updated rate that reflects the combined shipping weight of the two merged orders. Learn more about merged orders.
Sendle - US shipping resumes with DDP
ReadyToShip’s API has been updated to support Sendle’s DDP Price Guaranteed service. Create US Shipment labels within ReadyToShip and the Sendle quote shown will include all duties and taxes.
No need for a third-party app like Zonos, Sendle will handle shipping, customs, and import duties for you.
To qualify for this service, you must include the following for all items in a shipment:
Valid 10-digit US HS Tariff Code
Country of Origin/Manufacture
Detailed Goods Description

New Temu Australia integration
You can now create shipping labels for your Temu marketplace orders.
To integrate your store with ReadyToShip, go to Settings > Stores > Add store and connect today.

ReadyToShip tips
Accurate Carrier Mapping saves you time by automatically matching your store’s shipping options to real carrier services.
As your store grows, you may add or update shipping options. To ensure ReadyToShip continues to work seamlessly, we recommend reviewing any Unmapped Shipping Options and assigning them to the correct carrier.
You can do this anytime by going to Settings > Carrier Mapping. Find out more.
