Can I connect more than one store and carrier to my account?Yes, you can connect as many stores and carriers as you need. You can even connect the same carrier multiple times to separate your different shipping types and prioritise your picking runs.

Can I book freight directly through ReadyToShip?With the exception of Sendle, ReadyToShip does not book freight. You’d need to liaise with your chosen carrier for pick-up or drop-off preferences.

How long does it take to get started?The set-up process takes a matter of minutes provided you already have the required information for your store and carrier connections. Our instructions for connecting your stores and carriers can be found here.

Can ReadyToShip provide live rates in my checkout?ReadyToShip is an app for printing shipping labels, it cannot provide rates on your checkout page.

Can ReadyToShip deliver my parcels?No, ReadyToShip is not a carrier. It is an app that connects with your store/platform and your selected carrier(s). It then imports your orders and allows you to manage all of your shipments, print labels, then upload tracking data back to your store and/or carrier. You are still required to organise the despatching of your parcels.

Do I need any extra equipment, like a label printer?You can print labels using either a standard laser printer or a thermal label printer. The key priority is ensuring that the barcodes are sharp and clear enough for carrier scanners to read reliably.

How much does ReadyToShip cost?ReadyToShip will charge you based on the number of orders you process within ReadyToShip. Processing an order means you printed an invoice, picklist or shipping label using ReadyToShip. After your free trial, you’ll receive 20 labels free each month, if you don’t use ReadyToShip to process an order in the month, you won’t be charged for it.
