To keep your customers happy and stress-free, we recommend sharing conservative delivery time estimates or advising them to choose Express services, which are often run closer to standard delivery times during the busy holiday period.
Shipping Cut-Off Dates for 2025
Below, you’ll find the final fulfilment cut-off dates for the festive season as provided by each carrier.
Many of these deadlines fall between late November and early December, so you can plan your workload accordingly and keep things running smoothly.
Australia Post
Australia Post recommends lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth, Darwin and Hobart)
* Excludes items sent to and from Perth, Darwin and Hobart. To be delivered by Christmas, items sent to or from these locations with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 12 December and 22 December, respectively.
**For all items collected by one of Australia Post's trucks or vans and taken directly to the processing facility. For Parcel Post items lodged over the counter, please lodge by 2:30 pm.

Sendle
To get your parcels delivered before December 25th, make sure you book them for pickup or drop-off on or before the cut-off date.

Team Global Express have provided the following Cut-Off Dates for Delivery before Christmas Day 2025.

To give your parcels the best chance of arriving before Christmas, Aramex asks that you refer to the relevant destination. Note: cutoff dates vary for each service.
Couriers Please
CouriersPlease have announced their Christmas delivery schedule, with consignments expected to be delivered by close of business, Wednesday 24 December 2025.
They’ve also provided a guide outlining the latest possible pickup dates to ensure parcels arrive in time for Christmas. While delivery times may be affected by external factors, CouriersPlease will make every effort to ensure your shipments reach their destinations before the big day.
